The hirer or their representative accepts the following terms and conditions by submitting the hire deposit to 360 Spin and Tonic.

Hiring, Delivery and Service
For the duration of the booking time, a 360 Spin and Tonic attendant will be present at the 360 Video Booth. 360 Spin and Tonic will inform you of all the specifics and inclusions of your package at the time of booking.
Workplace Health & Safety Requirements / Our Requirements
We need one chair, a space that is clean, dry, and about 3.5 m x 3.5 m x 3 m (with room for our assistant tables), as well as one regular power outlet within 10 m of the space.
The booth and attendant will need enough weather protection, such as enough opaque overhead and side cover on at least two sides, in order to provide protection from rain, humidity, wind, and/or sunlight, if the Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth" is to be put up outdoors. The hirer will be accountable for making sure the venue function coordinator or the private function coordinator is aware of these needs and can meet them. Any uncovered outside configuration must be agreed with 360 Spin and Tonic before making a reservation.
Food and cigarettes are not permitted on the Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth". Drinks may be permitted at the discretion of the 360 Spin and Tonic attendant. Chairs are never allowed on the Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth" for safety concerns or to prevent damage to the booth. Clients and visitors are not allowed to pick up other guests while on the Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth" because of safety concerns and to safeguard it.
Safety precautions/booth rules:
* No chairs or other items to stand on to be brought onto the Spin and Tonic '360 Video Booth'.
* No food or smokes are to be consumed on the booth or in the 360 Video Booth area.
* No lifting of guests, handstands, piggybacking, or other acrobatic manoeuvres are permitted on the Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth."

Image Use and Privacy
The client agrees, unless they specifically request differently, that videos taken at the event may be used for promotional reasons, including posting on social media platforms and using social media marketing, on the 360 Spin and Tonic website.
360 Spin and Tonic will not utilise any content that we believe may be personally injurious to any person on our website, on social media, or for advertising, and this includes any films that are deemed unsuitable or improper.
360 Spin and Tonic will not use and videos taken at an event for any marketing, social media or the website if they contain children either on the booth or in the background and once the event is over and the hirer has the videos they are deleted and we no longer have access to them.
360 Spin and Tonic will take all reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of your personal information and will not share or sell it to any third parties.
Failure to Complete
360 Spin and Tonic will always take precautions to ensure delivery, but in the unlikely event that unforeseen equipment failure interferes with this, liability will be limited to a full or partial refund of monies paid, depending on the particulars of the situation and/or the value of the booking that was successfully fulfilled.
When a client, client guest, or other person using a Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth" at your event/function is negligent, acts negligently, or makes a mistake that results in equipment failure or damage (including electrical, water, or other liquid damage), 360 Spin and Tonic is not responsible in any way for the events non completion. This includes situations where the client or client guest's negligence, act negligently, or makes a mistake that results in accidental or wilful behaviour(s) resulting in damage to Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth".

Booking Extensions
During the course of the event, if the client or their representative decides to extend the booked time, the extended rates will be $150 per half hour, payable at the start of the extended period in cash or in another manner stipulated by 360 Spin and Tonic.
Delays
360 Spin and Tonic is not liable for unanticipated delays at the venue that are beyond our control.
Force Majeure
In the occurrence of an event beyond our reasonable control, such as a labour disturbance, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, extreme weather events (including but not limited to flooding, cyclones, earthquakes, which events might prevent the 360 Spin and Tonic attendant from attending the venue or from performing his/her duties while at the venue), or war, we will not be liable for failing to perform our obligations under the agreement. In the event that the venue closes before or during a scheduled event, cancels a booked event, or is closed by another party or by government authorities, representatives, or bodies, 360 Spin and Tonic will not be held responsible for failure to attend a booked event or failure to complete a planned event.
Payments
Before a booking can be confirmed, the hirer or their agent must pay a 10% deposit of the total hire charge. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties, the hirer or their agent shall pay the remainder at least 14 days prior to the booked date.
Security Statement
Your invoice will include our banking information for direct deposit, which shouldn't alter at any time. Please call 360 Spin and Tonic before sending any money if you receive any emails claiming to be from us stating changes to our banking information. Any payments that are sent to the incorrect place are not our responsibility.
Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled date by the hirer or their agency, the deposit will be refunded. The deposit will be forfeited and all payments above the deposit will be refunded if the hirer or their agent cancels the event within 30 days of the scheduled date. Unless both parties have made prior mutually agreed-to written arrangements for a late payment, 360 Spin and Tonic will consider a booking to be cancelled on behalf of the hirer if final payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to the booked date. In that case, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling
In any of the cases above where the deposit is forfeited, we are happy to organise a time to re book us for a future event using the forfeited deposit as the new deposit, providing we don't already have a conflicting booking. Otherwise we can offer a credit towards a future event, said credit will need to be used to make a booking within 12 months for an event taking place within 2 years.
Miscellaneous
If the guests behave in a way that the operator(s) of the Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth" considers to be potentially harmful to the product or dangerous to themselves or others, the operator(s) may halt or discontinue the usage of the Spin and Tonic "360 Video Booth" at any point during the event.
The Spin and Tonic '360 Video Booth' attendant reserves the right to exclude a person or persons from the Spin and Tonic '360 Video Booth' if the attendant determines that the person or persons are grossly intoxicated, acting aggressively or abusively towards the Spin and Tonic '360 Video Booth' attendant, or acting in a way that the attendant believes may cause damage to 360 Spin and Tonic’s property.
When a technical issue or repair needs to be made, the Spin and Tonic ”360 Video Booth" operator may suspend user activity. Any lost time more than 10 minutes will result in an extension of the hire time, without an additional charge to the hirer.
